I mean "knock" my socks off!
I'm pleased to submit the following positive feedback regarding DeAngelo, who continues to "rock" my socks off. Oops.... I mean "knock" my socks off! Either way.. it's all good! I first reached out to DeAngelo this past December with the goal of helping my husband update his store's website. Although we've only worked together a couple months, DeAngelo and I have communicated almost weekly. Simply put, DeAngelo is "refreshing" to work with. He's not your typical web technician. Not only does DeAngelo offer exceptional "web programming" AND "industry-specific web marketing" expertise, but his customer service skills are first-rate too. It's been my experience (20 yrs. in the marketing communications industry) that website techs typically fall short when it comes to offering the full spectrum of customer service. They tend to excel in programming, but fail in effectively and regularly communicating with customers (or vice versa). However, this is NOT the case with DeAngelo, which is why I've described him as pleasantly "refreshing." In particular, DeAngelo is extremely polite (even on stressful days), patient (especially with those that aren't tech savvy), easily accessible (never a problem reaching him) and responsive (answers questions and/or handles requests in a timely manner).
